Vendors bring their own 10x10 tent/chairs and set up decor and are responsible for their own items. Afro tunes fest is not responsible for any missing items.

We support Black-owned, Minority-owned and Small businesses. We strive to give you the best experience and exposure. We cannot guarantee or project the expected attendance at our events, therefore, do not proceed if this is a concern.

Set up starts at 12:pm. No set up after 2:pm. Festival starts at 2:pm. vendors should be ready to open market at 2:pm . Details logistics will be sent 1-2weeks before event day.
