Vendors bring their own 10x10 tent/chairs and set up decor and are responsible for their own items.

Afro tunes fest is not responsible for any missing items.

  • Set up starts at 12 p.m.

  • No set up after 2 p.m.

  • Festival starts at 2 p.m.

  • Vendors should be ready to open market at 2 p.m.

  • Details of logistics will be sent 1-2weeks before event day.
