1. How do I become a vendor at Afrotunes Fest?To become a vendor, simply complete the Vendor Registration Form and submit your payment. Your spot is only confirmed after payment is received.

2. When is the festival?Afrotunes Fest takes place on Saturday, June 21, 2025, at EpicCentral in Grand Prairie, TX. What time can vendors begin setting up? Vendor setup is between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM. There is no setup allowed after 2:00 PM, and vendors must be fully ready to operate by the festival start time.

3. Will I receive setup instructions?Yes — detailed logistics, including check-in instructions and layout info, will be emailed 1–2 weeks before the event

4. Is my vendor fee refundable?Vendor fees are non-refundable, as space is limited and demand is high.

5. Can I sell food or beverages?Yes! Food and non-alcoholic beverage vendors are welcome. However, alcohol sales are strictly prohibited and all food vendors must comply with local health regulations.

6. What if it rains?Afrotunes Fest is a rain-or-shine event.
